Wherever possible, we will arrange for a courier pickup. If we are unable to arrange pickup, you may return the item via a third-party courier, and we will reimburse the courier cost upon receipt and verification.
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched by emailing us at shreesaienterprises242@gmail.com. Your entire order amount will be refunded in full.
Note: Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.
In case you still wish to cancel after shipment, any courier charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

- For heavy machinery products, returns are not accepted. However, service may be provided at the nearest authorized company service station.
If goods are ordered incorrectly due to customer error, they may be eligible for return only if pre-approved by our customer service team.
Please note that a restocking fee of 15% will apply in such cases.
