Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

Maximum delivery window: 12 business days

If your location is temporarily unserviceable:

A full refund will be issued if your order has already been paid for
If you are not available during delivery:
Courier will make another attempt on the next business day
After multiple failed attempts, the order will be returned to us
Re-shipping can be arranged (additional shipping fees may apply)
All products are packed securely using protective materials to minimize transit damage.
