This Shipping & Delivery Policy applies to all orders placed on www.hukums.com. Our goal is to ensure that every product reaches you safely, securely, and within the promised delivery time.


1. Shipping Coverage

We currently ship orders only within India.
International shipping will be introduced soon.

All orders are dispatched using trusted courier partners such as:
Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and other reliable logistics services based on your location.


2. Order Processing & Handling Time

  • Processing Time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday)

  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST are processed the next business day

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day


3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

a. Standard Shipping

  • Delivery within 7–10 business days

  • Maximum delivery window: 12 business days

b. Expedited Shipping

  • Delivery within 3–5 business days
    (Available only for selected pin codes)

c. Delivery Time Notes

Delivery timelines may vary depending on delivery location, courier availability, and product type.


4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on your location, order weight, and courier service.

  • The exact shipping fee will be displayed during checkout.

  • Free Standard Shipping may be available for eligible orders.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email with:

  • Your tracking number

  • A direct tracking link

Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to update on the courier’s website.


6. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to most serviceable pin codes across India.
If your location is temporarily unserviceable:

  • You will be notified immediately

  • A full refund will be issued if your order has already been paid for


7. Missed Deliveries

If you are not available during delivery:

  • Courier will make another attempt on the next business day

  • After multiple failed attempts, the order will be returned to us

  • Re-shipping can be arranged (additional shipping fees may apply)


8. Packaging & Product Safety

All products are packed securely using protective materials to minimize transit damage.
If you receive a damaged parcel:

  • Take clear photos or videos

  • Contact us within 24–48 hours for immediate assistance
