Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: Orders are delivered within 7–10 business days, with a maximum of 12 business days. Delivery time may vary based on your location and product availability.
• Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer expedited shipping. Orders shipped via this method are usually delivered within 3–5 business days.
• International Shipping: Currently, we deliver only within India. International delivery will be available soon.

Shipping Charges

Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, size, and delivery location. The exact shipping charges are shown during checkout before you complete your purchase.

Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders. Please check your cart at checkout to see if you are eligible for free shipping.

Order Processing & Handling Time

Orders are usually processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Order Cut-off Time: Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST (Monday–Saturday) are generally shipped the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed the following business day.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS containing your tracking number and a direct tracking link. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking details to appear on the courier’s website.

Delivery Locations

We deliver to most postal codes across India. However, some remote or rural areas may have limited service availability. If we are unable to deliver to your location, we will inform you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been made.

Missed Deliveries

If you are unavailable to receive your order, the courier will make another delivery attempt the next business day. After multiple failed attempts, the order will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-shipment (additional shipping charges may apply).
